The Writer To Hebrews says ...
Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25
Encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
God made you for fellowship with himself. You were created to be loved by God. God is love and so He created you. He didn’t need you. He wasn’t lonely. But He made you in order to love you. He didn’t need you, He wanted you. And His purpose for you is that you should glorify Him by enjoying Him forever, (to quote a well known author).
Since we find our purpose in getting to know God, the purpose of this forum is to help one another get to know God better by encouraging and building one another up as we share what the Lord has said to us as we have read or studied his Word. We read and study the Bible to meet with God and apply His Word to our daily lives.
Perhaps you have been reading or studying the Bible and you want help to understand something . . . then share your question and perhaps someone in the group will be able to help.
Welcome to the Fellowship Forum.
This web based community is not meant to replace “meeting together” for worship or as a member of a home group. It is meant as a means of encouragement in your busy life, whether you go out to work, work at home or are retired.
At present, and as a trial, those who are involved in the life of Wiveliscombe Congregational Church can register as members of the on-line community and so contribute to the forum.
